- Deadline for returns
You have 20 calendar days from receipt of the product to return an item. After this time, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.
To manage the return of a product quickly and easily, log in to your account at account.nakswear.com. Once there, select the product you wish to return and follow the instructions provided.
- Conditions for returns
The item must be unworn and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
- Gift Cards
Gift cards are NOT returnable.
- Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we received the item you returned. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 15 calendar days.
- Shipping Charges
You are responsible for shipping costs to return your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
